Lou has not had any dance lessons as such in fact she was asked to sit down in a ballet class once!! She used to do a lot of teaching at school and helped choreograph many of the dances for the annual school dance show. Many of them were themed, with her favourite being the chinese/ oriental martial art dance which she choreographard from scratch. Lou also used to perform in these shows which had lots of different themes and involved lots of costume changes of which the best one she wore was a can-can outfit!! She has performed in various dances ranging from contemporary to disco to her favourite style - hip hop! Lou has been a member of First Impressions since January, beginning with pom pon which she loves and is in the Senior Pom Team which picked up 1st place at the regional competition in Stevenage. She was also picked into the final 4 for her pom strut at the regional competition in Haywards Heath. Lou has been learning to twirl since March and is picking it up really well, she enjoys learning rolls - despite turning up with a new bruise every session!!!
