JUNE 2008

• First Impressions would like to give a big HUG to our newest member - Millie Louise Strickland born on 23.6.08. Congratulations to Louise and Steve on their new arrival !!

MAY 2008

• First Impressions will be featured in the June issue of 'Dancing in Kent' magazine. There is a 2 page article detailing the recent history and rise of Medway's Premier Twirling and Pom-pon team.
• First Impressions will be performing at the Brook Theatre on Sunday 1st June for the Medway Volunteering Fair. First Impressions will be on at 12:30 pm.
• New pics added for Nationals at Devon - More to come!

FEBRUARY 2008

• History - Results & Honours pages updated.
• Honours and Results updated in the History pages.
• First Impressions attended the first Regional Competition of the year in Bournemouth on 2nd & 3rd of February with great success. In total First Impressions picked up 18 awards including 3 first places in the Pee-wee, Juvenile & Senior Pom-pon teams.

JANUARY 2008

• First Impressions are hosting an Open Competition for the first time in many years on the 9th March in Gillingham. If you are interested in more information or competing please use the Contact Us page for more details.

OCTOBER 2007

• The First Impressions Open Day was a huge success with displays from both NBTA and non-NBTA members. Many new members have now got the Baton-Twirling & Pom-Pon 'bug', which is great news as we strengthen the First-Impressions team for NBTA competitions into 2008 !! Well done everyone !!
• The First Impressions Open Day is on Monday 1st October from 5pm to 6pm at the Holy Trinity Church Hall.
• Please note that the spectator tickets for the National Championships in Devon are available at £25 each - the payment is needed by Monday 1st October please.
• October Subs are due on Monday 1st October.

SEPTEMBER 2007

• The final count including Team and Individual award winners from the Kemsley Open competition is an amazing 27 awards !!!! Well done everyone !!!
• Kemsley Open Pictures and Clips added to site. Kemsley Team Award statistics added also.

AUGUST 2007

• Countdown to the NBTA National Championships added to the website.
• First Impressions will be competing at the Kemsley Open Competition on Saturday 8th September. This Competition is for NBTA members only.

JULY 2007

• Lisa from First Impressions held some Pom-pon taster sessions at Featherby Nursery on Monday 2nd July. All the children had a great time learning some dance moves and shaking their Pom-pons !!
